A flat rate charge of $12.00AUD shipping is applied at your cart during the checkout process.

 

INTERNATIONAL
SHIPPING

 

For International shipping, we will be shipping with DHL Express.

IMPORTANT: International orders must supply their phone number when entering checkout details. We can not ship with DHL until we have it.

NEW ZEALAND 

Flat rate of $20.00AUD

Please allow 1 - 3 business days.

USA, CANADA & MEXICO

Flat rate of $24.00AUD

Please allow 2 - 10 business days.

 

EUROPE

Flat rate of $33.00AUD

Please allow 2 - 10 business days. 

 

ALL OTHER DESTINATIONS 

Flat rate of $65.00AUD

Please allow 3 - 15 business days

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Russia and Military Bases.

 

IMPORT LIABILITIES

AND TAXES

 

Please note Saint AJ does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the destination country. Saint AJ will not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. Under no circumstance will Saint AJ accept any orders back due to the rejection of customs charges. You can read more about our policy in our sales terms and conditions.

Please allow up to 3 business days AEST for dispatch on international orders.

Saint AJ is not responsible if customers are not notified by their country’s postal authority that items are awaiting payment of customs duties and taxes.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

 

SHIPPING TERMS AND

CONDITIONS

 

We offer express shipping as our standard shipping method, from our warehouse on the Gold Coast, Australia.

All orders (except Pre-Orders) are dispatched within 4 working days - except weekends or public holidays. When your order has been dispatched we will email you a tracking number within 1 business day after the order has been sent.

 

*Note: Orders placed on a Friday after 4PM AEST and over the weekend will not be processed until the following Monday.

Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm AEST. We are closed on all major public holidays.

 

Orders will not be refunded for packages that are not accepted by the customer or recipient.

 

Saint AJ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed delivered by tracking.

The customer is responsible for any loss or damage of these items.
